If you are looking for a more "rustic" look, or simply don't have the time to individually roll and ridge all your gnocchi, use this quick and easy method for shaping and cooking.
If you are wondering why my piping bag is bright orange, it is because it is a Fat Daddio bag. It is the only set I'll use.
