With the weather turning nicer and some of the social distancing guidelines relaxing in some areas, people are starting to think about finger foods for picnics. Most common vessel for these? Crostini! Now, you can spend a lot of time making sure the crostini are perfectly brushed with oil, or you can try this trick I learned as a caterer to get many crostini done in a short period of time.
