Have you ever dealt with skin-on fish and wondered what to do? This video will show you how to handle the skin, whether you want to eat it or remove it.




If you don't have a fish spatula of your own, here is a link to a good one. I know it is called a fish spatula, but I use this thing for so much that I had to buy 2 because 1 was always in the dishwasher! My husband even calls it "that spatula that you use for everything".
